Some might Say... Why Spay and Neuter?You Should Be Saying Why Not                             
 
 HARP is launching a program to financially assist families with spaying and neutering of their companion dogs. The type of dogs we are talking about are dogs/small and large, that are living at your residence and are not under any foster, adoption, rescue or sanctuary program at the time of your request to have your companion dog spayed or neutered.
  • Large Dogs- weighing 40lbs or more
  • Small Dogs- weighing 39lbs or less

Benefits of Spay and Neuter are

  • Control the animal population
  • Reduce stray animal population
  • Prevent animal Neglect
We are limited to a certain amount of dogs we do /session. Each applicant can print and fill out an Application Here and drop them off to the designated location and when or if your application is  approved, you will be notified either way.   If you have any questions regarding these services or drop off locations please contact Kurt Hawkins for more information at......912-288-2029.
